Here at Performance Revolutions we use fitness training and massage therapy as methods of body repair both externally and internally for optimum performance. We combine all the benefits of fitness, massage therapy, and bodywork for long lasting change and improvement.

  • Fitness Training: As certified fitness professionals, we provide safe and effective exercise and fitness program design, instruction and assistance for the purpose of reaching an individual’s health and fitness goals.
  • Massage Therapy: Manual manipulation of soft tissues to relieve specific pain and dysfunction.
  • Bodywork Therapy: Treatment of the body as a whole, body structure and emotions; the process of restructuring both.
Here at Performance Revolutions, our approach aims to restore balance and improve body performance, taking into account the person’s whole body health, physical symptoms, ailments, including diet and nutrition.
